IF YOU ARE PAYING ONLINE AFTER LATEST PAY DATE OR AFTER SERVICE TERMINATION:
REMINDER: All payments made online or over the phone take a full 24 hours to process. If you are paying your bill online after the latest pay date (shown on our bills) you will still receive the late penalty fee. Any payment made online or over the phone after your service has been terminated for non-payment must be brought to our attention. Your water service will not be reconnected until you contact our office and provide us with the 6-digit confirmation number given after a successful payment is made. Reconnection Fees CANNOT be paid online or over the phone. The mandatory $20.00 Reconnection Fee issued after service termination must be brought to our office!
